Returns: In the event that an item is received in non-working order it shall be replaced by a new item. Before returning the item, please get into contact with me via email or by phone to make sure the item is in fact defective and it isn't a wiring issue or something car related.

Refunds: Refunds will be given in the event a replacement item cannot be sourced after the original item has been returned and inspected.
